The Marylebone Association Annual General Meeting 2019

In accordance with Article 6.4 of the Constitution, I hereby give notice that the Marylebone Association Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday 25^th June 2019 at the Swedish Church, 6 Harcourt Street, Marylebone, London W1H 4AG at 7:00pm.

The business to be conducted at the meeting is as follows:

1. To receive the Annual Report.
2. To receive the Chairman’s report including updates on the projects the Committee has undertaken during the year. 
3. To receive the Treasurer’s report and adopt the Annual Accounts for the year ending 31^st December 2018.
4. Sub Committee reports.
5. To elect the Chairman of the Association.
6. To elect an Honorary Secretary of the Association.
7. To elect an Honorary Treasurer of the Association.
8. To elect Members of the Executive Committee of the Association.
9. To discuss any additional business.
10. To take written submitted questions to the Committee, and, time permitting, questions from the floor generally.

Nominations for election to the general committee should be made in writing to the Hon. Secretary  at kevin.coyne@marylebone.org no later than Friday 21^st June 2019 with the consent of the nominee having first been obtained.
