The Vincent Court Management Company Limited wish to invite you to a pre-application consultation event being undertaken in relation to the proposals at Vincent Court, a 1950s residential building comprising 32 flats. The freehold of the building is owned by the residents and it has reached a point in its life where it is in need of investment and refurbishment. As part of the refurbishment of the building the residents are looking to improve the quality of the accommodation for all those who reside at the building. This will include: new windows, improved entrance points and the expansion of the existing balconies to the rear of building at Vincent Court on Bryanston Mews. To fund the overall enhancements, the proposals also include a sensitive extension at roof level.
