I would like to invite you to a public consultation exhibition to view plans for a new ‘hub by Premier Inn’ on the site of a vacant office building at 191 Old Marylebone Road.
We will soon be submitting a planning application to Westminster City Council to seek permission to replace the existing building, which has been unoccupied for some time, with a new hotel which will better reflect and enhance the character of the local area. The proposed hotel will comprise approximately 295 rooms and include a café at ground floor level, serving food and refreshments to both hotel guests and non-residents. hub by Premier Inn is a new brand by Whitbread plc, the UK’s largest hotel operator, designed with the customer experience and the needs of guests in mind.
The exhibition will provide an ideal opportunity to see our proposals in further detail, to view the display material, and meet the project team. The exhibition will be split over two days:
- 3:00pm – 7:00pm on Thursday 27th April 2017, and
- 1:00pm – 5:00pm on Friday 28th April 2017
