Come along and join The Marylebone Low Emission Neighbourhood (LEN) Anti-Idling Action Day to improve local air quality on Wednesday May 31st.
Local air quality directly impacts all those who live, work and visit Marylebone. Vehicle idling contributes to poor air quality, polluting the air and impacting our communities and neighbourhoods.
We can help reduce the number of idling vehicles by encouraging drivers to stop idling when stationary through informing and educating them about the effects of engine idling. The event will last approximately an hour and a half and is located right in the Marylebone community.
The Marylebone Low Emission Neighbourhood, developed with Westminster City Council and local stakeholders, works across the Marylebone High Street and Bryanston and Dorest wards, to improve local air quality.
Why not come along and make a difference in your local community? The Anti-Idling Action Days are a great way to meet other community members, get to know the Marylebone area, and improve the air we breathe.
