Save The Swan and Edgar Pub - Public Enquiry against change of use

Save The Swan and Edgar Pub - Public Enquiry against change of use

For those of you still interested in what is happening to the former pub in Linhope St known as the Swan and Edgar and latterly The Feathers, here is some information. After two failed change of usage attempts, two failed appeals and a failed attempt to have the asset of community value listing removed by the developer, Westminster council have called for a public enquiry.

Westminster planning will be supported at the hearing by a barrister, Westminster licensing, building regs and Fleurets (business property experts). The evidence points to the developers losing this public enquiry and then they cannot apply for change of usage again. Below is the information on times and location of the hearing should you wish to attend.

All are welcome and a show of support could help the case.
