Part of Oxford Street was closed recently for “car free day” for Oxford Street, which in fact lasted for a whole weekend- with the usual predictable result for Marylebone - who is the Mayor kidding when he says this will improve air quality? The Mayor wants to close Oxford Street totally by 2018 so is this the future for Marylebone's Low Emission Neighbourhood? Lobby the Mayor about this before it is to late.
