Consultation on Changes to Buses Serving Marylebone

Following a review, Transport for London is proposing that bus routes 13 and N13 will no longer run, but there will be extensions and enhancements to routes 82, 113, 139  and 189. Details of the proposals and the consultation, which is open until 10 April, can be found at consultations.tfl.gov.uk/buses/finchleyroad

Baker Street Two Way System - Balcombe Street Update

Baker Street Two Way System  - Balcombe Street Update

We are pleased to learn that the option to use Balcombe Street as a right turn for southbound traffic onto Marylebone Road has been dropped from the Two-way scheme planning. This follows initial representations by the Association and the St Marylebone Society reinforced by comments from the North Marylebone Traffic Group. Consultation on other options will begin in the next few weeks.

Moxon Street Development Update

With our Planning Chair, Neil Wilson, and Cllr Karen Scarborough I attended a meeting at St Vincent's Primary School to hear their concerns over the Moxon Street development. There are already traffic safety concerns around the school, some of which may be addressed soon, but it is essential that the new plans do not exacerbate the situation.
