Traffic & City Management Six Month Report

The most significant development during the past six months has been Transport for London's improved signage to reinforce the left turn ban from Marylebone Road into Marylebone High Street. We are all aware of how dangerous this junction became to pedestrians a year ago and TfL's continued insistence that nothing more could be done looks very hollow now that they have made the changes that the Association requested. Further work on the junction will take place early next year. Also, the manufacturers of SatNavs need to ensure that they have robust updating systems so that motorists are not advised to make illegal turns.
